I serve as pastor at Honey Creek. My focus is on the vision, leadership and direction of HCC as well as preaching, teaching, counseling, finance, and hospital visits. I also serve as the chairman of the board and represent the church in all denominational meetings.
My wife and I met while I was in college at North Central University in Minneapolis. We were married in 1987. We have three sons, a daughter in love and we are looking forward to another daughter in love this fall. They are all living in Minneapolis. all grown and on their own, and we are looking forward to having our first daughter in law this summer. We have pastored in Northern Michigan, Minnesota and in Wisconsin. We came to Milwaukee to pastor this church in the fall of 2004 which was Calvary at the time.
On my day off you will most likely find me spending the day with my wife. When the weather is warm enough my wife and I love to ride bike or go golfing.
“My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weakness, so that the power of Christ can work through me. 2 Corinthians 12:9 This verse has been a help to me through out my life when I’ve experienced difficulty, trials or grief, and this verse stands to remind me that in the midst of it all, God is there and by His grace I will get through whatever I am facing. Not only will I get through it, but He will do something amazing out of that hard time.
